October 2011 - Race 4 the Cure is a the main annual fundraiser for the Knoxville Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, credited as the world's leading catalyst in the fight against breast cancer. The Knoxville community has established this event as the best of its kind, raising millions of dollars in its quest to cure breast cancer by funding research and local breast health and breast cancer programs. Pattison Sign Group sponsored 30 employees who participated in the 5K race.

September 2011 - Soles4Souls facilitates the delivery of shoes to people living in extreme poverty and recovering from natural disasters. Since 2005, Soles 4 Souls has distributed more than 13 million pairs of shoes worldwide. This year, Pattison Sign Group donated 298 pairs of shoes to those in need.

August 2011 - Habitat for Humanity creates affordable housing for those who need a hand up across the country. Through partnerships and volunteer work, affordable homes are built and sold (interest-free) to those who need a place to call home. A group of 20 from Pattison Sign Group was able to install all kitchen cabinets and put up trim throughout an entire house for Habitat of Humanity in Knoxville, TN.

March 2011 - Kia Motors America (KMA) partnered with Pattison Sign Group in to implement the Kia Dealer Identity Program for over 745 US based Kia dealers. August 2010 - General Motors Company partnered with Pattison Sign Group to execute the dealer network optimization plan to rebrand their dealer network signage. The reimage of so many locations in the timeline Pattison and General Motors agreed upon is unprecedented in the industry.
